Dr. Victoria Long-Coleman

Dr. Victoria is a lifelong advocate for young children and the people who care for them. With nearly 50 years in early childhood education, she brings a rare and powerful mix of classroom experience, business acumen, and research expertise. Her mission is clear: to elevate early education by equipping families, educators, and caregivers with knowledge, tools, and inspiration grounded in equity, science, and joy.

She holds a Ph.D. in Early Childhood Leadership and Advocacy, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s in Child and Family Development. As a certified early childhood teacher, trainer, and master-level learning coach, she mentors leaders and frontline caregivers alike—empowering them to create meaningful, lasting impact in children’s lives.

At Early Childhood Innovations, Dr. Victoria shares what works, what matters, and what’s possible when we put young children at the center of learning and care.
